I had a fantastic experience with The Computer Shop Laredo. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They set up our entire podcast studio and guided us through the full production process, making everything feel smooth and manageable. We worked directly with the owner, Joseph Mendiola, and he truly knows his craft. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of our questions, and make sure we were comfortable with the setup. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. If you need IT services or any kind of tech support, I highly recommend The Computer Shop Laredo. They’re reliable, professional, and absolutely the right team for the job.

They did a great job fixing my photography business computer. It’s running much faster now and everything works smoothly. They cleared up space and fixed the software issues I was having. I definitely recommend them.

Hands down the best IT company we’ve ever worked with. Their expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. Every interaction with their team has been seamless — they’re responsive, patient, and truly invested in making sure everything runs perfectly. What really stands out is their proactive approach. They don’t just wait for something to break — they monitor, maintain, and optimize so issues rarely happen in the first place. When we’ve needed support, they’ve responded quickly and resolved everything efficiently with clear communication throughout the process. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical excellence with such outstanding customer service. They’ve completely taken the stress out of managing our technology. If you want reliable, forward-thinking, top-tier IT support, look no further. Highly recommend!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Their team understands branding, positioning, and digital strategy at a high level. The website they developed and the social media presence they’ve built for my firm immediately elevated our professional image and strengthened our online visibility. In addition to marketing, they also set up the IT infrastructure for my business, ensuring everything runs efficiently and securely behind the scenes. That level of support and attention to detail makes a major difference. Since working with them, my visibility has increased significantly in Google searches and across social platforms. I am consistently receiving new leads and real project inquiries as a direct result of their work. That kind of measurable impact speaks for itself. Professional, responsive, and truly results driven. If you are serious about growing your business and building a digital presence that actually generates opportunities, I highly recommend them.
